PMSBY

Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) is a Government of India accident insurance scheme available to savings/current account holders, covering accidental death and permanent/partial disability.

Eligibility

• Age 18 to 70 years, with a savings/current bank account.
• Auto-debit consent for annual premium from the linked account.

Benefits

• ₹2,00,000 for accidental death or full disability (loss of both eyes, or use of both hands/feet, or one eye and one hand/foot).
• ₹1,00,000 for partial disability (loss of use of one eye or one hand/foot).

Premium

• ₹20 per annum, auto-debited from the account each year on enrolment/renewal.
